We designed and deployed a custom AI-powered chatbot that leveraged advanced natural language processing (NLP) and smart search technologies. Here's how it addressed the challenges:

  1. The chatbot allowed lawyers to ask questions in plain language
  2. The system broke down complex queries into manageable components, searched a robust legal database tagged with metadata (e.g., jurisdiction, year, topic), and returned precise results.
  3. The chatbot enabled detailed law analysis by comparing regulations, identifying key differences, and summarizing implications.
  4. Document and Case Comparison: lawyers could upload documents for side-by-side comparison or search for similar cases within the company’s database.
  5. For ambiguous or multi-layered queries, the chatbot followed up with clarifying questions to ensure accurate and comprehensive answers.
